Located in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
An architectural and landscaping program was developed, through a study of the area in the city center of Guadalajara. This study focuses on the development of a sustainable architectural and landscaping program aimed at enhancing the community's well-being by introducing a new green space.
The main focus study was the identification and analysis of tree species native to the area, with the goal of selecting the most suitable varieties for future planting initiatives. By understanding the local ecosystem and the characteristics of different tree species, this research aimed to enhance the environmental quality of the area through strategic tree planting. The selected species were carefully chosen to promote biodiversity, improve air quality, and support the overall health of the community. The study served as the foundation for a sustainable urban greening plan that will contribute to the area’s ecological and aesthetic revitalization
The project strategically integrates mixed-use residential and commercial spaces, fostering both cultural and environmental renewal. By creating a pedestrian walkway and introducing additional green areas, the initiative seeks to revitalize the local environment, improve quality of life, and provide a natural, accessible area for residents to gather, connect, and enjoy. This initiative not only restores beauty to the community but also promotes sustainable urban development for the future.
